The first seminar in the series will cover basic nutrition facts:

* Vitamins Minerals: What they are what theyre made of.

* Whats in our food supply today that wasnt there 50 years ago.

* How much the nutrition of readily-available food has decreased and why.

* The difference between Industrial and Organic farming.

* Exploration of the USDA-recommended 5-13 servings of fruits/vegetables per day and how it can be accomplished.
