A Wine and Yoga Practice

A pleasant blending of the invigoration of the body and the stimulation of the palate. Grape and Lotus offers the opportunity to stretch yourself through the moderate practice of Yoga and the enlightening sampling of wines. You may be surprised how the indulgence in one can lead to greater enjoyment of the other.

Open to all levels. Must be 21 or over. Class size is limited, please register by 10am the day of class so that we have enough wine for all!

TIME: Class begins at 6:00pm, please arrive at least 10 minutes early

WHERE: Metropolitan Arts Center, 126 North Main Street, Downtown Dayton

Second floor, Studio A

COST: $20 per person, you must register in advance, no drop ins. Wine is included in this price.
