I am selling the complete HVAC system that was just taken out of my house. This includes the following is included in the sale:

Trane TUC100C948BA, XB 90, 92,000 BTU, 92% efficient propane fueled furnace

Trane 2TTB0048A1000AA, XB10, 4 ton outdoor AC compressor unit with condensor

AprilAire Model 550 Electronic air cleaner

Wall mountable AC shelf

This was installed in a house we built in 2004. The system was new when we put it in and we have been using it since then. There is nothing wrong with the system we just upgraded to a geothermal system. We have had the system serviced by Drake Heating and Air every 6 months since 2007, and have the documentation for that. I have all manuals that go with the system. We are asking $1500.00 for the complete system. System is available for pickup today and used tomorrow if you need it.
